02About our services

ANIMAH IDEAS SL is a professional post-production studio specialising in luxury jewellery photography. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• High-end retouching and editing of jewellery product photographs
• Background removal, compositing, and colour correction
• Post-production outsourcing for jewellery brands, photographers, and agencies

All services are provided exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. This Site does not constitute an offer of services to consumers as defined under applicable consumer protection legislation.

The Site is a presentation and enquiry platform. No binding contract or order is created through the Site alone; a separate written agreement or project brief must be confirmed by ANIMAH IDEAS SL before any service engagement begins.

03Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including design, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the exclusive property of ANIMAH IDEAS SL or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Client image files submitted for post-production remain the property of the client at all times. ANIMAH IDEAS SL does not claim any ownership over materials supplied by clients.

Processed deliverables created by ANIMAH IDEAS SL become the property of the client upon full settlement of the agreed fee, unless otherwise specified in the individual project agreement.

ANIMAH IDEAS SL reserves the right to use anonymised or cropped portfolio samples for promotional purposes unless the client has expressly requested confidentiality in writing.

04Client obligations

By submitting materials to ANIMAH IDEAS SL, you confirm that:

• You hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to the images and assets provided;
• The materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• You will provide accurate briefing information and respond to requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe.

ANIMAH IDEAS SL shall not be liable for delays or errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late instructions provided by the client.

05Confidentiality

ANIMAH IDEAS SL treats all client materials and project information as strictly confidential. Files submitted for post-production will not be shared with third parties, nor used for any purpose other than the agreed project scope, except as required by law.

Clients are equally expected to treat any proprietary processes, pricing structures, or technical information disclosed by ANIMAH IDEAS SL as confidential.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ANIMAH IDEAS SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or the services provided.

ANIMAH IDEAS SL's total liability in connection with any individual project shall not exceed the fee paid by the client for that specific project.

ANIMAH IDEAS SL makes no warranty that the Site will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

07Data protection & privacy

ANIMAH IDEAS SL is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Spanish data protection legislation.
